had a heavenly vacation at this hotel. It is definitely a holiday we won't forget. The room service crew were good-hearted, I was totally thrown with this place and every aspect of it. The hotel's neighborhood was great, we appreciated it. It took us moments to go to the main hang out places from where we were. Besides, the staff in this place are warm. In summary, we extremely recommend Casa de la Condesa Reforma Hotel Mexico if you aim for an exceptional hotel in Mexico city.

Lousy vacation
We were staying at Mexico city for the 2nd time, we lodged at Casa de la Condesa Reforma Hotel Mexico. Really had an annoying vacation in there! We had contempt for the neighborhood it's at. The adjacent suites were quite loud. I exceptionally disapproved of the entire place: the toilet smelled stupid, the main lobby was irritating, and the room-service was completely unsuitable. As a whole, I probably wouldn't recommend this hotel to our friends.

Not my style! We're certainly going again to this place!!
I was at Casa de la Condesa Reforma Hotel Mexico recently and it was really superb in there! The overall vibe here is average. I dug the street where the place was located. Everyone there were friendly. Furthermore, I was ultra excited with everything this place has to offer - the downstairs lobby was sophisticated, the room service was helpful, and also the bed made me absolutely suitable and comfortable.. I am probably never visiting again to this hotel.

We stayed in Mexico city for the 1st time, and stayed at this hotel and we genuinely had an unspeakable visit in there! The neighboring people were extremely noisy, it was irritating. We hated the neighborhood it's in - it was completely uncomfortable to get to the town's hang out places from where we were. And there's more, I really disliked how the lobby was poorly decorated, the reception service was unfit, and also I was not thrilled with how not clean the bed was: I was dissatisfied with everything about this hotel. Anyone who is going to Mexico city don't lodge at this one.

Awesome hotel
was perfectly having the best time there. The minute I checked in I knew it's gonna be a relaxing place. I really was thrown the suite. I enjoyed this place and everyone in it, I loved how roomy the lobby was, and the bed made me feel extremely homelike and agreeable. I terribly urge that you'll check this place if you're traveling to Mexico city!

I slept at here with my family last time we were at Mexico city since a colleague said to us. Truly enjoyed this place! I liked every aspect of this hotel, the lobby was quite fantastic, the check in desk was lovely, and they keep the bed totally impeccably clean. I was amazed the room. Add to that, I even adored the people there. To conclude, if you wanna get a top notch place to stay in Mexico city, this one is it.

Good retreat! Didn't want to leave
You are absolutely gonna be satisfied in this place. As soon as I entered the door I knew I'm gonna be amazed with this hotel. The check in desk was pretty applicable, and the downstairs lobby was gigantic, I loved everything about this place. Add to that, I was dazzled with the street where the hotel was located. If you look for a perfect place in Mexico city, you'd quite like this place!
