Overpriced
It was my 5th stay in Mexico city and I slept at Residencia Rochester Hotel Mexico, and I honestly had an upsetting experience in there!! As soon as I entered the place I knew I would be not content with this place.
The elevators were not operating when I was stopping there. Plus, I honestly disfavored it there: the front desk was stupid, the smell in the bathroom was second rate, and I pretty resented the way the main lobby was unstylish. To conclude, I can't advise Residencia Rochester Hotel Mexico!!!

Friendly but overpraised
I truly loathed the place. The feel there is dreadful.
The main lobby was despicable, I disdained it, the people in the check in service were unhelpful, and also they keep the toilet utterly dirty - I was extremely disturbed with every aspect of this hotel.
The staff in this hotel are second rate.
The TV was not working when we were spending a night there. To sum it up, I as likely as not wouldn't advise Residencia Rochester Hotel Mexico to our colleagues!!!!

I simply was barely fine the suite.
The adjacent family were rude, it simply was irritating.
