We completely had a stupid holiday in there! The reception desk was totally disgusting - I had contempt for it, the lobby was exceptionally not stylish, and I hated how cozy the bed was!! I was so annoyed with it here. The heating was not working when I was visiting there. It's primarily lousy when it's so pricey staying at a place of such level! We will not stay again there!

Must get a better management
I was visiting this hotel a while ago - I had a common time. I was quite sickened with this place and everyone in it, I had contempt for the bed - it was simply ok, and the front desk was incompetent. People there were bad-mannered. Add to that, the elevators were not operating when I was checking in there. Next time I search for a the finest vacation, Marco Polo Zona Rosa Hotel Mexico is not the place I'll get rooms at. I couldn't wait to go back home!!!!

What an absolutely fabulous retreat
just returned from there 4 nights ago and it was just lovely. The minute we set foot in the hotel we knew we'll be so impressed with Marco Polo Zona Rosa Hotel Mexico. I was pleased my suites. The visitors in this hotel were fine. And I must say, I was really excited with the entire place!! The front desk was efficient, the scent in the bathroom was delightful, and also the room-service was responsive. We are definitely not coming back to this hotel!!

Marco Polo Zona Rosa Hotel Mexico is quite super
I completely enjoyed it!! As I was arriving I could sense the boosting go of the hotel. The suites were absolutely so so. The bed was comfortable, the lobby looked sumptuous, the room service was pretty swell, I appreciated it, and also the bathroom smelled terrific - I adored the whole place. And there's more, I liked the visitors here. It is just what one loves in this level of a place., I will visit there again!!!

The nicest place in Mexico city
We absolutely liked it. I appreciated this hotel and everything about it - the room service was really excellent, they keep the toilet shiny clean, and the main lobby looked absolutely beautiful. What a brilliant time!!!
I just had a classy holiday at Marco Polo Zona Rosa Hotel Mexico. The second we came in we knew we would enjoy this hotel. I dug the suites. Everybody in this hotel are nice. Besides, the fragrance in the bathroom was exceptional, the lobby was delightful, and also the room service was gentle - I pretty enjoyed this hotel and everyone in it., I would likely check in there again!!!

Myself and my wife stayed in there after a full exploring the place's homepage. I truly liked this hotel. I was simply thrown with this place and everything in it, I quite loved how fancy the lobby was, and I fancied the bed - it was ultra cozy. Besides, the suite was completely roomy. In summary, this hotel is quite advised!!!

Overrated
You'll detest this place. The moment I entered the door I knew it's gonna be a horrible hotel. The room service was dreadful - I hated it, and the lobby seemed terrible looking: I ultra disfavored the whole place. The people in this place are rude. Besides, the air conditioning was not working when I was staying there. I honestly don't approve this hotel.

My co-worker and me got rooms in Marco Polo Zona Rosa Hotel Mexico my last visit to Mexico city. I absolutely enjoyed it. The atmosphere here is extraordinary. I was quite impressed with this place: the front desk was fine, I dug the lobby - it was completely magnificent, and the toilet was ultra spotless. People in this place were top notch, I adored them. I extremely was dazzled my room. Next time I'm going for having a lovely experience I'll stay in Marco Polo Zona Rosa Hotel Mexico again!

Save yourselves some time, this place is the most terrific in all of Mexico city!! As I was arriving I knew I'll be dazzled in this hotel. The suite was just sublime. I enjoyed this hotel - the reception desk was amazing, I liked it, the odor in the toilet was peachy, and the room-service was extraordinary.
