Grand but ugly
If you ask me, you'll be barely OK there. The water pipes were not working when we were sleeping there. People in this place were unwelcoming. I was displeased with the entire place - I exceptionally disliked how small the bed was, the reception service was unfit, and also the downstairs lobby was average. We absolutely don't suggest you to try Novotel Santa Fe Hotel Mexico.

I terribly dug it at Novotel Santa Fe Hotel Mexico! I don't think we'll ever forget this place. The room-service employees were obliging, the smells in the toilet were first class, the check in desk was astounding, I enjoyed it, and also the lobby was extravagant! - I was happy with the whole place. The suite was totally extravagant. We're certainly not returning!

This place is the greatest in all of Mexico city. I pretty loved the room. Additionally, I was just pleased with this place, I was dazzled with how clean they keep the bathroom, and the bed made me utterly agreeable and comfortable. It's just what one needs of staying for a vacation at such type of a place. All in all, I very suggest you to go to it if you travel to Mexico city!!

I was just there recently, and terribly prized it!! The main lobby was big, the odor in the bathroom was classy, and the front desk was helpful!! I simply treasured this hotel and everything in it. Additionally, I honestly was satisfied my suites., this hotel is very encouraged.

it was simply peachy in this hotel. The moment we got to the place we knew we would be satisfied with Novotel Santa Fe Hotel Mexico. I even adored the people there. The suites were absolutely superb. And to top that, I really valued every aspect of this place! - the smell in the toilet was astounding, I exceptionally liked the room service, and also they keep the bed clean. To sum up, this place is very recommended!!!

A few colleagues and me took a room at Novotel Santa Fe Hotel Mexico from 5 to 31 of last January and felt absolutely uncomfortable there. I was fed up the suites. Everybody in this place are irritating. I loathed every aspect of this place! - the downstairs lobby was completely not decorative, the check in desk staff were unsuitable, and the room-service was shitty - I disliked it. I didn't wanna stay!!

Let me suggest, you will really appreciate this place. Immediately upon my arrival I felt it's gonna be an extraordinary holiday. I fancied my rooms. Everyone in this place are helping - I dug them. Additionally, I was impressed with everything about it: the toilet was ultra shiny clean, I dug the main lobby - it was gorgeous, and the room-service was exquisite, I loved it. I was there last night. I it was utterly heavenly!! The suites were just sublime. I fancied this joint!! I adored the room-service - it was totally astounding, and the bed was spotless. The people in this place are accommodating. If you're searching for having a wonderful holiday this is really the place I'll go to. I would totally return!!!
